Is the substance abuse counseling only available to Zion residents? |
No. CREW services are open to all IL & WI residents. |

Do you only accept court appointed clients? |
No. If you suspect that you or a loved one has a problem with alcohol or other drugs, you can make an appointment for an assessment with a licensed, certified counselor. |

What forms of payment do you accept? |
We will work with any private insurance carrier. We also accept Medicaid recipients. Cash & Credit Card payments from our clients are now accepted. |

What if I need counseling but cannot afford the costs? |
Certain clients who are unable to pay may qualify for financial assistance. Our financial manager can help find a plan that fits your situation. |

Does CREW provide substance abuse counseling services to adolescents? |
Yes. Youth, ages 12 - 17, participate in both individual and adolescent group counseling sessions. |
Substance Abuse Counseling
is licensed by the Department of Human Services of Alcohol
for Level I and Level II Adult and Adolescent Outpatient,
DUI Risk Education and DUI Evaluation.
