Rebecca Craig, MC, CADC, Director
Rebecca has eleven years experience in the field of substance abuse counseling. She currently serves as the program’s Director. Rebecca holds a Master’s degree in counseling from Arizona State University and is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
Grace Gamboa, Client Services Administrator
Grace Gamboa joined CREW’s staff as Client Services Administrator in 2004. She is responsible for client service coordination, office management, community outreach and translation.
In addition, she works closely with both counseling and community development staff. She is currently working toward a degree in Human Services at the College of Lake County.

Jeff Zachary, ASAAD, CADC
Jeff is a former newspaper reporter who became interested in the field after writing an article on Gang Outreach and how people can transform their lives and through his community connections. He has three years experience in the substance abuse counseling field. He has an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science in Alcohol Substance Abuse and Addictive Disorders.

Martha Palmer, CSDC
Martha has over ten years experience in the Mental Health and Substance Abuse field. She specializes in group therapy and individual counseling, which includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Relapse Prevention. Her passion and expertise is helping individuals increase their quality of life by eliminating substance abuse and ultimately returning to a fully functional and healthy lifestyle. She is currently working toward obtaining her CSDC and BA.

Ferlando serves as CREW’s full-time alcohol and drug counselor. He has eleven years experience in the field and is currently working toward becoming certified in anger management.
