Dan Juliana, Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor
For the past five years, Dan has worked for CREW as a Certified
Alcohol and Drug Counselor. He holds a Master’s in Psychology
from Idaho University and a Master’s in Education from University
of Illinois Urbana Champaign.He is a Certified Addictions
Counselor as well as a Certified Anger Management Trainer.
Grace Gamboa, Client Services Administrator
Grace Gamboa joined CREW’s staff as Client Services
Administrator in 2004. She is responsible for client service
coordination, office management, community outreach and
In addition, she works closely with both counseling and
community development staff. She is currently working
toward a degree in Human Services at the College of Lake
Martha has over ten years experience in the Mental Health and
Substance Abuse field. She specializes in group therapy and
individual counseling, which includes Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy and Relapse Prevention. Her passion and expertise is
helping individuals increase their quality of life by eliminating
substance abuse and ultimately returning to a fully functional and
healthy lifestyle. She is currently working toward obtaining her
CSDC and BA.
Steven Lindsey, Adolescent BOP, IOP Group Counselor
Mr. Lindsey has been working in the Substance Abuse field for
fifteen years and has been a certified counselor for the past ten.
He has worked for Gateway Foundation since October, 1994 and
has been counseling at CREW for the past two years. He is
licensed in both Illinois and Wisconsin.
William J. Monroe, CADC, Group Counselor
Mr. Monroe became a certified alcohol and drug counselor in 1984
while in the US Navy. Prior to joining CREW’s counseling staff, Mr.
Monroe worked for the Lake County Health Department. He has
worked as a part-time counselor, providing group counseling and
DUI education, at CREW for over ten years.
